At sixteen years old, I left home to pursue my studies in Germany. Like many international students, I discovered a new environment, a new language, a new academic system and a new culture.
Over the years, I understood that academic success does not depend only on technical skills. It also depends on access to the right information, an effective method, structured guidance and the right mindset.
During my studies, I noticed that many international students faced the same struggles. Some gave up. Others took much longer than expected. Many simply lacked direction.
In 2018, I decided to act. I founded a student initiative called Soutien Académique, dedicated to mutual support among international students. It grew to more than a hundred members and helped build a culture of success, solidarity and shared responsibility.
That experience confirmed a deep conviction: when a student benefits from a method, a guide and a community, they can achieve far more than they imagined.
That conviction was later reinforced by an academic and professional path: a Doctorate in Engineering, an MBA, a PMP® certification, university teaching, and years of experience in German industry, project management and strategic partnerships.
Germany Success Academy was born from that double experience — that of a student who lived this journey, and that of a mentor who has already guided many students toward success.
